Return Policy

  • We’ll be glad to exchange sizes for products that are still in new or unused condition only if your riding gear isn’t fitting properly. You will be issued a Credit Note Voucher that can be used to buy any other item on our website if the product is not available in the next size.
  • As there are no returns for accessories, please verify the compatibility of the product before purchasing. If a product is delivered broken or incorrectly, a replacement will be given.
  • Please be aware that there will only be exchanges or replacements; there won’t be any item refunds.
  • Within two days of the product’s delivery, you can request an exchange by emailing support@motorradfusion.com with all of your order details.

Please mention “Exchange/Return: <order no>” in the subject line

  • Orders delivered in India must pay for return and replacement shipping if the customer’s reason for returning the item isn’t a Motorrad Fusion’s fault. In the unlikely scenario if we happen to make a mistake, we will arrange for a return shipment or reimburse the customer for the usual shipping cost, which depends on the quantity of the product, might reach up to Rs. 300.
  • Besides from Motorrad Fusion’s errors, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with the above-mentioned policy:
  • Accessories & Merchandise
  • Products that are specifically indicated as “non-returnable” on the item’s description page.
  • Products sold at a discount or on sale
  • Innerwear 
  • Products that are special or pre-ordered
  • Customized Products
  • The following circumstances qualify as Motorrad Fusion’s errors for which free exchanges are offered:
  • The product’s core usability is impacted by a manufacturing defect.
  • The merchandise is shipped with defects.
  • Wrong item was sent.
  • Products out of stock; a refund request may be made.
  • Things to consider when returning the merchandise:
  • Products have to be brand-new and in their original packaging.
  • Removing the original tags is not recommended.
  • Never install, disassemble, or alter the product or packaging in any way.
  • Make sure the branded product box or packaging is undamaged when packing it back.
  • Do not cover the product brand box with tape
  • Our team will conduct an inspection as soon as the product is delivered to us. The return or exchange request will be denied if our audit team discovers that the product and packaging were not sent by the customer in their original condition.
  • Items that get damaged during shipment back to us will be considered invalid returns. If the customer believes that the item was delivered in this condition in such a scenario, they will need to provide video evidence of their unboxing.
  • Kindly send the product to the address provided when the return was initiated. The product must be shipped out within 24 hours of our team receiving the return confirmation, and a tracking number must be provided.
  • The Motorrad Fusion team will have sole authority over whether to accept returns or exchange items.
